  • Name duplication issue

    In the Management section of the Comodo One site, I have an account "Brad Brown". There's only a single field for name. In the Service Desk Module, it lists this name twice in the Staff list; Brad Brown Brad Brown, which is showing up like this in tickets and emails.

                I know a fix for this was rolled out in the Service Desk application but this is pervasive in other applications too like Acronis etc.

                  Thank you for your feedback. We will escalate this issue as well, however you should be able to edit the current Acronis users.

                    Hello ymi ,

                    We have a scheduled update for the Comodo One Portal on 20th of March, 2016 and newly created admins on Acronis will not have duplicated names. For now, please update the admin names via the Acronis page to correct the issue.
