  • Can't get it to auto create tickets

    I am setting up the ticketing system for the first time and I thought there was something that when a policy was broken it would create a ticket. Is there a configuration somewhere that I might have messed up that it isn't creating a ticket?

    In the RMM Console, do you see any entries under Alerts?
