      Hi,

      Thanks for the reply, Since this function is mentioned in help guide, so was this function previously available? Why has it been removed? It's such a good feature.

        Hello Wajahat ,

        The chat function was indeed available in the previous versions of RMM. It was removed a while ago when the RMM agent started to be installed as a service to allow unattended remote access (the possibility to allow remote access without having any user logged in). As John already stated, this has been forwarded to the appropriate staff as a feature request for the future versions of RMM. We will keep you updated on this.
