No "devices" in RMM admin

  • No "devices" in RMM admin

    So I am in the RMM and the only options I have are "accounts", "download console" or "logout".

    how am I suppose to add a device?

    Please use "Download Console" to get the management console. You would be able to see the add device button on console after you install it.

    The web interface and these instructions could be found on second step (page 5) of the quick start guide..

      For the RMM Console need to activate my liscense, but I have no receive the activation email.

        It shouldn't ask for that. Could you please try again with the same credentials that you login to manage.comodo.com and downloaded the admin console?
