  • Can't even log in to PM now

    Went to check to see if Custom apps finally loaded (after a week or more of it not). Logged into C1...picked PM and, for the first time that I can recall, got a login screen. browser's autocomplete filled it in and ..."User not found or there are no companies in its MSP". No option to reset password or anything. Just plain locked out.

              Is there any update to this issue? I need to get in as soon as I am able to patch some servers. Not a good look that it's down.

                  We would like to inform that the problem that you have reported (PM Module not loading - "User not found or there are no companies in its MSP") is now fixed. Please let us know if the problem still persist.

                      So now we're just back to the more-than-a-week-old problem of the Applications/Custom section still not loading.

                        We have checked on our side and all the tabs/sections in Patch Management are loading properly. Depending on how much data it has to display, it might take some time to display the available updates. We will investigate this specific case and we will get back to you as soon as we have any news on this.

                          Loading the "The backend server is under load, please try again later..." or "Gateway timeout". Still can't connect in any browser, with and without VPN.
                          Also doesn't load in my phone's browser on a totally separate connection or on a laptop on my workbench.

                          Incidentally, it shows 44 versions of "Upgrade to Windows 10" but hiding multiple updates does seem to be working now.

                            Everything seems to be OK on our side, perhaps it was just a glitch. Could you please try to access the Patch Management module again and let us know if it is working?

                              The PM main module loads up. It's the **CUSTOM** sub-module that hasn't loaded (on multiple PCs) for close to two weeks. I'm getting either gateway errors or 504s or whatever but I haven't been able to push 3rd-party updates for a long time now.

                              04-20-2016, 10:26 AM - So now we're just back to the more-than-a-week-old problem of the Applications/Custom section still not loading.
