  • App Store integration

    I tried to setup the Comodo Device Management service via the App Store in the Comodo ONE portal.
    When I login with my existing Comodo account, I get an error message "Alert, Failed create new Invoice Cannot buy free product". See attached screenshot.
    Could this be because I have already signed up to the Device Management service a few weeks ago before the integration?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately registering for a CDM Trial, from the App Store is not possible at the moment, if the existing Comodo Account already holds a CDM Subscription.
    We are attempting integration of existing CDM accounts into C1, but until we receive a confirmation from Development regarding this we cannot make an estimation.
