  • Agent installation failure

    I was doing works at a clients and added a recently upgraded Windows 10 pc to the relevant group. During the installation the RMM there was a failure. The RMM would not install and I could see no obvious reason.

    Later that day I noticed that the device was showing in the relevant group but if I tried to perform remote access a message appears telling me that RM installation has been queued. There is an error in the system (see attachment).

    Help!!

      I had this issue, the other day. I had to delete the installation que, reboot the computer, from RMM, and try again. Worked for me.
