    Hi,

    New setup and looking to sync the users from AD. I cannot connect through LDAP using the following setting and do not know enough to troubleshoot. What should I be looking for?

    Is active
    Enabled

    LDAP server host
    108.178.***.***

    LDAP account domain
    happyjoes.com

    Company *
    Default Company

    LDAP account login
    #####

    LDAP account password *
    ********


    Sync status
    Failed

    Sync status reason
    Could not connect to LDAP
